Welcome to the CTCA foundation's annual innovation challenge! This competition was made to fuel innovation in the community and to add to our technology sector. Students will participate in a 5-minute video pitch competition that can help any of the six sectors of CTCA's mission. For example, if a technological gadget based on power generation is invented to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, it is a tool that can help the climate change sector. This can unite the whole community to take action against problems that are affecting the globe. The CTCA innovation challenge will take place every year, and winners will be selected shortly after submissions are due. Winners, or the top three placements, of the CTCA Innovation Challenge have the opportunity to win awards! This innovation challenge was made for the purpose of engaging creativity in the community as well as greater awareness about the ongoing problems society is facing globally. A google form will be posted shortly to the right and the 5 minute video pitches can be submitted there. Top three winners will be emailed and posted on our social media pages.
Criteria for this Competition: The scoring rubric for this competition will be posted once we announce the competition starting date! Generally, we will be looking for a creative innovation that helps one of our six sectors, funding, market potential, a compelling product, how it works, cost of creation, etc.
This form contains registration information for the competition as well as the submission of your 5-minute video pitch (pitches may be shorter or a little longer than 5 minutes). Due date will be posted soon! The google form will also be posted once the competition has started! Please stay updated on our social media pages!
